There is
no payment needed to start any SSC fundraising program, however some
catalog brochures require groups to meet reasonable sales quotas to
receive brochures at no charge. If these quotas are not met, your
group will incur a small cost for these brochures. Brochure costs
vary from $0.75 to $1.25 depending on which brochure is chosen.

must be collected for the product up front!
