1. WHAT WILL MY CLASS RING COST?
Depending on the style, metal, and size of the
rings the prices can vary. Your best bet is to contact a Student
Services representative at 610-539-1330 and they will be able to
answer all of your questions. We have
the most competitive priced class rings in the industry.
2. WHEN CAN I ORDER MY CLASS
RING?
You can order your SSC Class ring twelve months
of the year. Student Services makes it very easy to order your class
ring. Representatives take ring orders in-school several times
during the school year as well as at night. However, if you missed
us you can order by phone at 610-539-1330 or you could visit our
store and order in person (call for directions).
3. WHAT IS MY FINGER SIZE?
Student Services Company's representatives
accurately measure students on all in-school ring order days. If you
missed us, try here,
or we can send you a ring sizer, or you are always welcome
to visit our store. Please feel free to call and set up an
appointment.
4. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
THE CELEBRITY, OPTIMA, ALL AMERICAN AND ELITE RINGS?
Besides the slight difference in appearance and
design, the major difference amongst these ring styles is the
activities that go on them. When deciding on which style is right
for you keep in mind that the activities designated for the
Celebrity Collection go solely for the Celebrity ring and so on.
You cannot mix and match ring styles and activity sides.
5. HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS NEEDED?
Since these rings are custom made to your
specifications, naturally a deposit is required and those deposits
are clearly listed on the back page of your price list. If you don't
have one please contact
us and we'll be sure to send one right out.
6. TO WHOM DO I MAKE THE CHECK
PAYABLE?
Us! Please make all checks or money orders
payable to Student Services Company.
7. DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
We certainly do! First you pay the deposit.
After that you can make payments as often as you'd like. We'll hold
the ring for you, interest-free, until the last payment is made.
Then we UPS the ring directly to you.
8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MY RING
RESIZED OR REPAIRED?
All you need do is send the ring to us via
insured mail.

Be sure to enclose a note informing us of the
work to be done, you current finger size, and a return address and
we'll quickly UPS the ring back to you.
9. "I MISPLACED MY RING" OR "MY
RING WAS STOLEN!" WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If your Student Services Custom Class Ring is
lost or stolen while you are still in high school, we will help you
purchase a duplicate ring at a nominal fee. Certain conditions do
apply. Please feel free to contact us to learn more about this Ring
Loss Guarantee.
10. DO YOU
HAVE A TRADE-IN POLICY?
Yes we do. You can trade in one gold ring for
credit towards the purchase of your SSC class ring. Please
contact an SSC
representative for more information.
